Yogyakarta, Indonesia - a trip to Borobodur and Prambanan, July 06, 2010
After leaving Broroborur we went to another site - Prambanan. Prambanan is a complex of temples dating back to times when Hinduism was flourishing in Indonesia. These ruins are awesome and extremely well preserved. Different in design than Brorobodur, but just as well powerful. In my opinion, thses both sites are a must to see for anyone interested in history and ancient temples.

Photo: Prambanan. Entering some of the temples, like the one above, will lead to a chamber with a sculpture in the middle. This one has a bull. Others various Goddesses.

Photo: Prambanan. I am not sure what this bunch of monkeys with machetes and spears means and what they were up to. I haven't seen too many of them, but when they came there was a bunch of them and by the looks of it up to something questionable.

I have many more images from Prambanan, but posting them would take too much space. An amazing place.
My life has always been about freedom and I shall continue to walk this path.
